The National Farm to School Network is bringing its National Farm to Cafeteria Conference to Albuquerque, New Mexico, on December 1–4, 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome the movement to our state.

This biennial gathering is the go-to event for farmers, educators, food service professionals, students, policymakers, advocates, and community leaders who are passionate about building stronger connections between local food and institutional settings. Whether you’re working in K–12 schools, early childhood education, hospitals, colleges, or community organizations, the conference offers fresh ideas, resources, and connections to strengthen your work.

Why Attend?

This year’s conference will feature:

• Immersive workshops, presentations, and discussions led by food system leaders from across the country.

• Tracks for every interest—including Producers, Youth Voice, Food Sovereignty & Native Communities, Policy & Advocacy, and more.

• Add-on field trips and half-day intensives to experience New Mexico’s foodways firsthand.

• Networking opportunities with hundreds of people shaping the future of food access and sustainability.

And because this year’s host city is Albuquerque, participants will also enjoy the flavors, stories, and traditions that make New Mexico’s food culture one-of-a-kind.
